Welcome to the Playful Learning Book Study!

Welcome to the Playful Learning Book Study!

Today we begin on our journey of exploring Mariah Bruehl's book, Playful Learning.

You would be hard pressed to find a person who thinks that learning should be boring. Educators have long believed that learning needs to meaningful, relevant and engaging. If you think back to your favorite teachers and your favorite lessons, you will most likely use the word "fun" to describe that experience.

Why?

Learning should be fun!

Join us as we explore this amazing book that not only explores creative lesson but practical solutions for organizing your learning spaces.

If you are following along as you read, here is our schedule:
July 15-18: Ch.1
July 19-22: Ch. 2
July 23-26: Ch. 3
July 27-30: Ch. 4
July 31- Aug. 3: Ch. 5
Aug. 4-7: Ch. 6
Aug. 8-11: Ch. 7

Please comment and discuss your thoughts as our guest bloggers post about each chapter.
